What Is A Life Audit?

This is maybe my favourite segment with every client [including myself]

I firmly believe that you must frequently audit all areas of your life. Why? It’s important to know what is currently in your life. There are two concepts I know to be true:

  1. Everything has energy, and everything is energy. That means you, your thoughts, the food you eat, and the device you’re using to read this right now.

  2. We are ever-evolving beings.

So, with those in mind, as we move through life, we collect things [people, places, things, thoughts, experiences] that shape who we are and the life we live. But as we evolve, the things we collect can sometimes act as energetic anchors that tie us to who we once were. And sometimes, we can get stuck there.

I’m sure you’ve experienced this once or twice in your life. You may have felt stuck, frustrated, lost, or even like you no longer fit in. You are evolving into the next level of yourself, but you are energetically being held back to who you were before.

This is where the life audit comes in. I’ve been using it in my life for years, and it’s become one of my favourites.

Here’s how it works:

You reflect on what currently exists in your life and compare that to what you want to exist in your life.

This allows you to be crystal clear about what currently exists to support your future vision, what is outdated, and what is missing.

It provides all the information you need to start taking aligned action, which is the secret sauce to supercharging all your manifestations.

Now, this sounds super simple, but going through the process can be tough at times, especially if you have some big things to clear out or are not used to doing the inner work needed.

That’s why I created this challenge, and honestly, it's a big part of why I started my business.

This work is so helpful in healing and growing. When I started learning about NLP and implementing it along with esoteric and metaphysical practices, it made such a dramatic impact on me that I knew I had found my calling. It’s revolutionary in the way we see ourselves and the world around us, in the way we live and interact with each other.

Okay, I’m going to break down the challenge so you can join in the fun!

The challenge will kick off on Monday, May 16.

But before we start, the pre-challenge challenge, if you will, is to set your intention and vision.

  • Why do you feel called to participate in the challenge?

  • What are you hoping to accomplish?

  • How are you currently feeling versus how you want to feel?

  • What do you want to manifest?

  • Who do you want to be at the end of the challenge?

  • Who are you now?

You get where I’m going with that foundational piece.

Ok, so in this challenge, we are going to break it down to 3 core areas of life and zero in on one each day:

  1. Digital

    1. So much of our life is spent online and on devices now. It has a chokehold on us in so many ways. So this day is going to be about looking at what digital devices you have, how much time you spend on them, what your relationship is like with them and reflecting on the mental + emotional toll they have on you

    2. Then, create a plan of action that reflects your Next Level Version. What do you want your relationship with social media, email, TV, phone, computer, video games, etc to look like? And then clean house! Delete those emails, unsubscribe from lists, unfollow accounts that don’t add value, delete apps you never use, set limits on your phone

  2. Inner

    1. Your personal reality creates your personality. What is your inner dialogue like? What fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs currently hold you back from being who you want to be? What standards exist for you that aren’t working for you anymore?

    2. Create an action plan of steps to start changing your inner talk. Start talking to yourself like you would your best friend. Implement a morning practice that sets you up for success. Mirror talk. Put affirmations up around the house. Start meditating. Start tapping. Start journaling. Hire a coach.

  3. Physical

    1. A cluttered home leads to a cluttered mind. Things have energy, too, and those things can anchor you down. Go through your physical space: anywhere you spend time. Your home, office, car. Also, take note of places like restaurants, cafes, etc. Is there clutter? Chaos?

    2. Clean it up! Purge your closet, junk drawer, and storage. Clean and organize your home, car, office, or desk. Are you spending time in places that feed your soul or out of comfort? Is there somewhere else you could spend your time that enriches your life? Where does the Next Level Version of You spend your time?

Please note the challenge will be returning soon! Stay tuned, my gal.
