By breaking cycles and patterns and learning to alleviate limiting beliefs, doubts, and negative emotions, you can increase your mental capital and well-being to generate more mental wealth. Her Mental Wealth will support you by increasing your mental wealth so you can create the life you know you’re meant for and the generational wealth that matters most.

  • We work together on a 12-week journey, meeting weekly in a virtual coaching session.

    We cover six themed modules [outlined in the section below] and adapted to you and your life.

    Each module involves two sessions and works in four phases: The first session is learning, then you implement. The second session is processing and tweaking, and then you refine. 

    We use all the coaching tools the support your transformation, including EFT Tapping, meditation, hypnosis, journalling, Subconscious remodelling practices, daily practices, etc.

    It is a beautiful and supportive pace. The intent is not for a quick fix but to support you in creating lasting life changes.

We start by doing a full life audit to get a holistic understanding of you. This gives us a baseline to help clarify and create measurable points to track your growth. We’ll also introduce the concept of Mental Wealth and how mental capital and overall well-being impact every area of life, from personal relationships to career success.

Now that we have a solid foundation, we can design the future. You’re to tap into your feminine energy and create a vision of your favourite self and the life she is living. Then, we will use practical manifestation to turn that vision into a series of achievable outcomes that will lead you to a whole new reality.
